2 wins out of 2 for U12 Whites

Chester u12 Whites followed up their 6-2 away win to Whiteleas All Stars last week with a convincing win at home over Seaton United Flames.

The Whites got off to a solid start and looked a threat early on and it wasn’t long before the deadlock was broken; Matt notched his first of the day which was soon followed up by a scrambled second goal which resulted in a Seaton defender putting the ball into his own net. Aiden added a third and Matt hit a second from just outside the box.

No one was more surprised than ‘little’ Jay himself when he scored a bullet head on the back post from a fine corner from Matt. Matt completed his hat trick to make it 6-0 at half time.

The second half started in similar fashion with Aiden grabbing a second for himself. Number 8 came when Jay rose like a salmon on the back post from another corner to head home again. Seaton grabbed one back when they broke from a Chester corner with the team pushing on for more goals which left them a little exposed at the back.

Goals from defensive pair Josh and Harry finished off the scoring to make the final score 10-1. It was great to see the whole team celebrating each others goals, the team spirit is really high amongst the boys. With no doubt  tougher tests to come as the season goes on but the lads can be encouraged by the good start they have made to this season.
