Chester-le-Street Town U8 Whites we’re down to just the five players for the game at Farringdon on a very cold morning. They had a great start to the game when keeper  Joel Mewes-Reed scored direct from his goal kick. The Whites were really playing well but the other team came back fighting with a great corner kick making it 1-1.

In the second half James Carr went in goal and within a  few minutes he was called onto make a fantastic save. The opposition struck again twice to make it 3-1 despite James efforts in goal making another great save. The opposition scored again to make the final score 4-1
The Whites played with great passion today with Thomas Walton, Nick Twinn, Joel Mewes -Reed , James Carr and Jacob Lisle all giving 100% with Jacob being awarded the MOM

Well done and a merry Christmas to all the Whites
