GREAT WIN FOR U9 BLUES

The first game back after the summer break saw Chester le Street U9 Blues in action. The Blues had a fast start with Louie Slevin-Bradley crossing to Joseph Chapman-Ward to score after 4 mins.  Unfortunately, they conceded soon after making it 1-1.  Then Chester lifted their performance and score 4 goals without reply, firstly, Louie Slevin-Bradley with a run down the left and scored in the bottom corner.  Then Noah Jackson took a free kick which just sored over the crossbar half time 2 -1.  The second half started well with a quick goal after 3 mins from Louie Slevin-Bradley then a goal from Cohen Mickel after a goal mouth scramble 4 – 1.  There were a number of good performance from the team with Toby Collinson and Evan Dawson in defence working well as a unit, Joshua Craig near the death managed 3 good blocks from goal scoring opportunities. To finish off the scoring Chesters final goal started with a throw out from Taylor Welsh to Cohen Mickel in midfield who passed to Louie Slevin-Bradley Goal wonderful to watch.  Unfortunately,the opposition scored two more goals final score 5 – 3.  Man of the Match went to Louie Slevin-Bradley for a hat trick and great effort throughout the game.
