HONOURS EVEN FOR THE HOOPS

A slow start for Chester-le-Street  U10 Hoops today against a side that had progressed in strength over the season. Charlie Nightingale opened the scoring for the hoops with a great strike. The opposition came back fighting playing the long ball that caused the Chester Hoops problems and it wasn’t long before the hoops found themselves 3-1 down. The Hoops got back in the game when Matthew Nolan scored from a free kick.

The Hoops were now looking for another goal and it came from Matthew Nolan again making it 3-3. Xander Parkinson was unlucky after hitting the woodwork 3 times without  finding the net.
