Chester-le-Street Town U10 Hoops were involved in a tremendous battle today.The Hoops went a goal down after 10minutes. Then a quality strike from Xander Parkinson brought them back in the frame. The Hoops then applied great pressure which resulted in a brilliant free kick from Charlie Nghtingale to make it 2-1. The Hoops continued to push forward and Ronnie Craggs made 3-1. Opposition played the long ball through out the game gave the hoops a run for their money and two quick goals found themselves back in the game 3-3.The game could have gone either way and at this point as Chester let their guard down and looked defeated. Then GK Daniel Baines showing what he’s made of and made some outstanding saves and gave the hoops a lift. Harry Duncan, Philippa Hunter and Alex Dodgson played some great football with Dodgy carrying a injury. Callum Brandford ran the opposition off their feet and 2 further goals from Ronnie Craggs,getting  his first Hatrick for the hoops,  sealed a great victory.
