U7 Whites deserved more.

Our Under 7 Whites lost 3-1 today but were desperately unlucky and deserved at least a draw. In the first half Finley Benek, Jacob Lisle and Riley Weeks all went close but just couldn’t find the net. James Oliver was having a strong game at the back and Nicholas Twinn had a sound game in goal. At half time Chester were a goal down but in the second half Finley scored the goal he deserved to level the game. Thomas Walton came on and had an outstanding game,Jacob Lisle went in goal,Nicholas Twinn moved into defence and James Oliver moved into midfield. Chester just couldn’t get another goal and were finally undone by an own goal then a penalty.
Everyone did really well today and man of the match trophies were awarded to Thomas Walton and to Jacob Lisle for his tremendous game in goal with one outstanding save.
Well done boys.
