It was bitter sweet for Chester Town U9 Blues today, who played exceptionally well throughout their game and constantly looked dangerous, however ended up loosing 4-2. In a very dominant first half display, the Blues took the lead through a Toby Bell penalty, only to be pegged back at half time. The second half started as the first ended, with the opposition scoring to make it 3-1. An excellent Angus Smith goal brought the score closer, however a breakaway goal sealed the win for the opposition.
Massive positives to take away from the game and all the players did really well.
