Welcome win for Under 14’s

Chester U14’s were at home to Rickleton this morning and needed to get back to winning ways. Rickleton started the brighter and scored due to some indecision in defence.
5 minutes later Chester equalised with some great play down the left from Sam Bithell who crossed for Oliver Sullivan to tap home.
Adam Gibson put us ahead running on to a through ball from midfield. Rickleton then made it 2-2 with a goal over the top which looked offside but stood.
Just before halftime Ethan Hall poked a ball home from an Oliver Jackson corner 3-2 at halftime.
2nd half started a bit better for Chester who still were not at their best, scrappy with only glimpses of football Chester made it 4-2 with Sam Bithell getting a deserved goal from an Ethan Burns corner.
Not our best performance but a win all the same. Well done boys.
